Skip the Trip to Town Hall FlyerWe want you to remain safe.  In an effort to maintain social distancing and help to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus, below is a list of municipal services and how you can still accomplish them without making the trip to town hall.  We ask for your patience and understanding during this challenging time as we are operating with minimal staffing. 

Mail in any payments/applications to the appropriate office listed below at: 2 Jake Garzio Drive, Ewing, NJ 08628 or use the Drop Off Box near the back door on the upper level.  Please stay well.

How You Can Accomplish Without Visiting Town Hall

TAX COLLECTOR’S OFFICE:

PAY TAX & SEWER BILLS
  • Mail in your payment to “Ewing Township Tax Office.”
  • Drop Off Mailbox – for tax/sewer payments located at the back door of the Municipal Building. Use the second parking lot to access this mailbox.
  • Your bank’s online payment feature.  Please allow 7-10 days for your bank to process and mail the check to our office.  Online payments from your bank are NOT electronic transfers.
  • Credit Card payments (and/or E-check) can be made online using the Township’s website except during the period of the Online Accelerated Tax Lien Sale.  A convenience fee will be charged and collected by Municipay, not the Township of Ewing.

CONSTRUCTION OFFICE:

APPLY FOR BUILDING PERMITS 

The Construction Office is only conducting inspections of VACANT, NEW CONSTRUCTION or EXTERIOR AREAS. No physical interior inspections of occupied residential structures are being conducted at this time.  If this type of inspection is needed, please make a request providing a valid contact number and email in your request. We will contact you to determine how best to address your request.

Dog licenses are renewed in June & are valid for one calendar year.
