Resurfacing project -- Bull Run Road

Starting Monday, Sept. 29 | Expected to last about 2 weeks

The wait is over! Please be advised that Bul Run Road was scheduled to be milled Monday, Sept. 29, and today. Paving will occur on Wednesday, Oct. 1, and striping will be completed by the end of next week.

Barrett Paving will be on the job, and if all goes according to plan (and the weather cooperates), the work should wrap up in about two weeks.

Mercer County Road Work – Sam Weinroth Road (CR 600)

Starting Sept. 22, 2025 | Expected to last about 2 weeks

The Mercer County Department of Transportation & Infrastructure will begin resurfacing Sam Weinroth Road from the Airport Terminal Exit to Scotch Road. Weekdays from 9 AM to 3:30 PM (No weekend work is planned)

What to Expect:
You’ll see detours and traffic shifts during work hours. Please plan ahead and allow for extra time if you normally travel through this area.

Traffic Detours:

• Eastbound Detour (from Terminal Circle Drive):

  Make a right onto Terminal Circle Drive → follow the circle to exit → left onto Sam Weinroth → right onto Bear Tavern Road → right onto Nursery Road → right onto Scotch Road → back to Sam Weinroth Road.
• Westbound Route (Spruce Street at Arctic Parkway):
  View Route Map
  Westbound traffic from Scotch Road to the Airport Terminal will remain open.

About 10 business days, weather permitting.
