Information for Fall Leaf and Brush Collection

The fall leaf and brush collection has begun, and all leaves and other yard debris must be placed in biodegradable paper bags or containers at curbside.

No loose leaves are allowed in the street at curbside, and no plastic bags are allowed. These bags will be collected the day after your garbage day, and while the DPW will strive to keep up with the scheduled pickup please be patient if you notice your bags haven’t been picked up immediately. Residents also have the ability to drop off bagged leaves and brush at the brush drop off site located on Jack Stephan Way. These leaf and brush collection guidelines went into effect in 2021 to ensure Ewing’s compliance with changes in the State Department of Environmental Protection’s Stormwater rules for protecting our water quality.
