Bulk Waste Validation Card Update - Fixed!

The technical difficulties with the CommunityPass software for the Bulk Waste Validation Card have been resolved.  See issue below.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our CommunityPass software for the Bulk Waste Validation Card.  We have been informed by the vendor that the program will be working by the end of business tomorrow, Wednesday March 20th.
